Basically what is says on the tin! Dirk on the roof of his apartment, putting the final touches on a killbot before he flips the switch and fights it to the death. The main things to take away are that Dirk is VERY SKILLED both at constructing robots and at fighting with a ninja sword. Also notably, you can't see too much of Dirk's surroundings—the only discernible detail is that he's outside and it's day time. He's too focused on fighting the killbot to take in anything else.
Feelings wise there also isn't a lot going on. There's a very small sense that this is stupid and dangerous but it's mostly ruled out by determination and technical evaluation of both his own skill and the abilities of the killbot.

Against the better judgment of one your age, you BUILD ROBOTS, SET THEM TO KILL MODE, AND SPAR WITH THEM TO DEATH. ... But you try to cool it on the deathmatch stuff when your BRO is looking, which is virtually NEVER.
